Smoke & Vape Shop Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Cashier/Sales Associate to join our vape shop team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, open availability/flexability and is comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Check IDs and ensure all age verification policies are followed
• Stay informed about products, including vape devices, accessories, and related items
• Follow all store policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Basic knowledge of vape/smoke products is a plus (training available)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise
