Cashier/Sales Associate

Market 51 relies on Sales Associates to provide outstanding service, maintain a clean, customer friendly environment, stock and merchandise products, and operate the register. We expect store employees to demonstrate reliability and honesty.

Reponsibilities will include:

Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service Drive sales through effective communication with customers Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment Perform cashier duties Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses Forecast, order, and stock merchandise (with appropriate training) Restocks inventory and supplies Check in merchandise delivery from vendors Works with supervisor in maintaining machinery, prevention techniques, and troubleshooting technical equipment. Complies with all other established company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred)
