Responsibilities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges with speed and professionalism Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations or demos to boost sales Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are presented attractively to maximize sales opportunities Manage stock levels by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy through regular checks Use upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs and increase store revenue Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries, ensuring clear communication and helpfulness Support store operations by supervising team members when needed, especially during busy periods or shift transitions Skills Passion for helping customers and creating positive experiences.
