Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product demos when needed Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented according to merchandising standards Conduct product demos to promote new or featured items and upsell where appropriate to enhance sales opportunities Maintain store cleanliness by performing custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and ensuring the store environment is safe and inviting Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling procedures and basic retail math calculations Communicate effectively with team members using phone etiquette and clear instructions to ensure smooth daily operations Experience Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all Supervising experience is a plus, especially if it involved training or guiding team members in customer service or stock management Bilingual skills are highly desirable to better serve diverse customer needs Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail environments will help you excel in this role Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and excellent phone etiquette are essential for success in this position Join us today to become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
