Job Description SUMMARY The Casual Help will drive a passenger truck to deliver and sell products or render services, collects money from customers, and makes change by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Management may assign or reassign the functions to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. Job functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Drives Company truck in safe manner to deliver parts to customer's place of business. Collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions on customer receipt. Writes customer orders to include customer's instructions. Records sales or deliveries information on daily sales or delivery record. Prepares order forms and sales contracts. Listens to and relays service complaints to supervisor. Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise. Loads truck with parts to be delivered up to 50lbs. Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery. Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of driving experience and three to six months of customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
