Required Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Cath Lab RN Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong proficiency with cardiac monitoring equipment and techniques Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup, monitoring, and recovery of patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all nursing care according to facility protocol Collaborate with cardiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safety and optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety guidelines Respond rapidly and effectively to emergency situations or changes in patient condition
