Job Description

Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Contract Step into a crucial role providing quality care and advanced imaging support as a Cath Lab Technologist. Your expertise will be essential in assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, ensuring precise imaging and patient safety every step of the way.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
ARRT certification or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Tech in a hospital or healthcare setting Proficiency with cardiac imaging equipment and technology Comprehensive knowledge of sterile technique and patient monitoring during procedures Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and implantation of cardiac devices Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate procedure documentation Prepare lab environment, ensuring adherence to aseptic and safety protocols Provide patient education and support before, during, and after procedures Implement emergency interventions as needed according to established protocols This is a contract opportunity offering a dynamic work environment within a skilled clinical team.
