Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Contract Discover an exciting opportunity for experienced ICU Registered Nurses in a supportive hospital environment. Multiple positions are available, with primary openings for 12-hour night shifts in the Intensive Care Unit and additional needs for day shifts in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Schedule/Hours:
Predominantly 12-hour night shifts in ICU Some day shifts available in
PCU Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered South Dakota RN license or active compact/multistate RN license Recent experience in ICU or critical care settings required Strong skills in advanced patient monitoring, assessment, and intervention Ability to work effectively in high-acuity and fast-paced environments Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform advanced interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Respond promptly to emergencies and adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
