Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to promote Catholic teachings, values, and community engagement across all school activities. Oversee curriculum development to ensure it aligns with religious principles and educational standards, fostering an enriching learning environment. Lead strategic planning initiatives to advance the school's mission, growth, and sustainability. Manage the school's budget effectively, ensuring financial health while supporting program excellence and resource allocation. Supervise faculty and staff through management practices that encourage professional growth, accountability, and collaboration. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, parish communities, and external stakeholders through transparent communication. Implement effective fundraising strategies to support school programs, scholarships, and facility improvements. Ensure compliance with diocesan education administration policies and uphold high standards of safety, discipline, and student well-being. Skills Some experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and working directly with students. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams in a school setting. Expertise in curriculum development tailored to Catholic education standards. Strong strategic planning abilities coupled with sound budgeting skills for sustainable school management. Demonstrated success in fundraising efforts to enhance school programs and infrastructure. Knowledge of management practices that foster a positive learning environment rooted in faith-based principles.
