Non-exempt Schedule:

10-hour shift, Monday - Thursday. 6:00 am to 4:30.

Job summary:

This position will caulk surfaces on bodies and parts to seal any water leakage of metal before painted/power coated by painting staff.

Responsibilities:

Thoroughly reviews each order prior to beginning work. Completes all caulking processes for bodies/parts according to factory specifications. Properly caulks all joints to seal any leakages of the metal body and parts to waterproof surfaces. Consistently utilizes all required safe equipment and follows proper procedures. Adheres to all requirements hazardous waste disposal. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Skills:

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, and manual dexterity. Vision abilities required include close, distance, and depth perception. Reaching above and below shoulder level. Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, dust and noise.

Physical requirements:

Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to complete or inspect product. Must be able to lift-up to 50 lbs. periodically. EOE Equal Opportunity Employer
