C&C Market - Beverage Prep Associate

General Summary The Beverage Prep Associate is responsible for preparing, mixing, and packaging a variety of energy drinks and teas for customer purchase. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to follow recipes while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The position may also include cashiering duties to support store operations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and mix energy drinks and teas according to established recipes and portion standards. Label, date, and stock prepared beverages for easy access and freshness. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep station and storage area. Monitor inventory of beverage ingredients and supplies; notify manager when stock is low. Follow all food safety and health regulations. Provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers with questions about drinks and products. Operate the cash register as needed, processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Support overall store operations, including stocking and light cleaning when required. Position Requirements Previous food, beverage, or cashier experience preferred, but not required (training provided). Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused.
