Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated CDJR Certified Technician to join our team, specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your automotive expertise in a fast-paced dealership setting, delivering top-tier vehicle repairs and maintenance. If you're passionate about automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, and delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you! Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM vehicles using schematics, diagnostic tools, and technical manuals Conduct vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and alignments to ensure optimal performance Repair powertrain components such as transmissions and engines, including diesel engine repair when applicable Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs efficiently and accurately Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems), and other electronic modules Follow manufacturer guidelines for service procedures while ensuring quality control throughout all repair processes Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers Qualifications Valid dealership-certified technician credentials with experience working on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM vehicles Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, schematics reading, and electrical systems troubleshooting Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, wheel alignments, transmissions, and powertrain repairs Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service best practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance tools safely Knowledge of GM vehicles or diesel engine repair is a plus but not required Join our team if you're eager to leverage your mechanic experience in a vibrant environment that values technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
