Loads are planned ahead whenever possible so drivers know where they are heading before completing the current run. Average haul lengths typically range from 700-750 miles, helping keep miles steady throughout the week while minimizing short runs that interrupt earning potential. Freight Details Freight moves across established multi-state lanes with a combination of drop-and-hook and live load freight. Most loads are no-touch, allowing drivers to focus on driving and keeping wheels moving instead of spending extra time at docks. Consistent customer freight helps maintain stable weekly mileage. Schedule & Benefits This position operates on a 12-day schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Drivers may be allowed to take trucks home during resets when approved or park at a company location if preferred. Drivers averaging miles on this account typically earn between $1,300 and $1,450 weekly depending on experience and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After six months, benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
