Position Overview Eagle Leasing is looking for a CDL-A Truck Driver to join our logistics and operations team. This vital role ensures the safe, efficient, and timely transport of containers and container offices. Must have experience working with loads ranging from 20 - 40+ feet in size. Key Responsibilities Operate truck with tilt bed trailer to transport freight to designated locations. Load and unload containers and container offices, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate with dispatchers regarding any delays or issues encountered on the route. Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications Skills:

Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Experience working with a tilt bed trailer or similar equipment is a plus. Experience delivering and picking up loads ranging from 20 - 40 feet in size. Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and delivery processes. Ability to operate heavy-duty vehicles safely and efficiently. Excellent route driving skills with a focus on time management. Strong attention to detail for conducting vehicle inspections and maintaining logs. Good communication skills for interacting with dispatchers, clients, and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
