About the Role We are looking for a CDL A Driver / Laborer to support field operations by transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to jobsites and assisting crews with day-to-day labor tasks. This role plays an important part in keeping projects running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate Class A CDL vehicles to transport equipment and materials. Assist with general labor tasks including site prep, trenching, cleanup, and equipment staging. Conduct daily inspections of trucks and trailers to ensure safe operation. Load and unload equipment, ensuring DOT-compliant securing of loads. Support equipment operators with ground-assist tasks. Follow all company and jobsite safety rules. Maintain accurate driving logs and documentation. Assist with basic vehicle and equipment maintenance. Perform other duties assigned by supervisors. What You Bring Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Dependability and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to safe work practices. Willingness to work overtime or travel when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, utilities, or telecommunications. Experience hauling equipment such as trenchers, skid steers, or mini-excavators. Current DOT Medical Certificate. OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain).
