We are seeking motivated and experienced Dump Truck Drivers to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will operate varies dump trucks to transport materials efficiently and safely across various routes. Your expertise in truck driving, route management, and vehicle operation will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of our logistics operations, contributing to infrastructure projects and construction sites with energy and precision. Our dump truck driver position is typically seasonal (April to December). Leads may have options for some winter work. Open Roles Gravel Train Semi/Lead Tri/Quad truck with trailer Duties Operate dump trucks in a variety of sizes. Drive confidently across varied terrains and road conditions while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Pick up and deliver different materials to varies job sites or yards. Maintain detailed logs of deliverie and vehicle maintenance records. Follow route schedules diligently to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing fuel efficiency. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries seamlessly. Pull a tag trailer with equipment to and from the job site. Skills Proven experience in driving a dump truck. Strong knowledge of manual transmission operation and vehicle handling techniques. Familiarity with operating dump trucks. Ability to load & unload materials safety. Excellent route planning skills with a focus on efficiency and safety during route driving. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
