Regional Road Driver:

$7,500 sign-on bonus Paid out in equal weekly installments over your first 39 weeks Must start by June 5th, 2026 Earn $1,375-$1,650 per week New starting pay to help match your experience Additional $.05 cpm for 2,500+ milers per week Yearly pay increases Home every week Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week 50% drop & hook Most of the loads will be taken out of FL to GA, NC, VA, TN and MD 34-hour reset on the road bonus (not required) Out 5-5.5 days, home for 34-48 hours weekly All Cowan Regional Road Drivers will enjoy:

Requirements:
