What You'll Do:

Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, helpful assistance. Help client resolve their issues with patience and care. Share information about products and services to meet business customer needs. Keep accurate records of customer interactions. Work with your team to create a positive and engaging customer experience. Requirements No prior sales experience required — we will train you! Must have desire to sale and communicate with clients to present Verizon products. Great communication and listening skills. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others. Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable and eager to learn and grow your career.
