Position Summary We are looking for a dependable CDL B Roll-Off Driver to transport roll-off containers to and from customer sites, ensuring safe, timely, and professional deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate has strong driving skills, a commitment to safety, and a positive attitude toward customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Operate roll-off trucks to deliver, pick up, and transport containers from residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Secure containers safely and in compliance with DOT and company regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any mechanical issues. Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records, driver logs, and route documentation. Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, yard staff, and customers. Assist with minor maintenance or cleanup tasks as needed in the yard. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A License Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening. Minimum 2 years of roll-off or commercial driving experience preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety procedures, and proper load securement. Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer service mindset. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive movements such as climbing, bending, and lifting. Comfortable working around heavy machinery and outdoor environments. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage or salary (commensurate with experience). Overtime opportunities.
