Drivers for Crystal Flash (CF) are valued team members who are responsible for delivering fuels to customer or company locations in a safe and efficient manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely and efficiently drives commercial vehicles Monday through Friday and occasional weekends in all types of weather conditions. Loads, unloads, and moves fuels and/or propane safely from plant facility to customer or company locations in a timely manner. Follows company policies and federal and state regulations. Keeps a safe record regarding accidents, driving record, injuries, and other actions/events, following all company safety guidelines. Maintains clean equipment, uniforms, and cab space, ensuring any repairs are communicated promptly. Completes accurate and timely documentation for delivery of product, volume of delivery, and inventory control management. Appropriately uses internal systems, handheld devices, and other electronic equipment for work purposes. Takes direction from dispatchers and/or managers, following delivery instructions and maintaining good working relationship. Communicates with team members, management, and customers in a professional and courteous manner. Stays calm and levelheaded in stressful situations and refrains from emotional outbursts. Adopts new methods, procedures, and changes in a positive manner. Offers suggestions to improve efficiency and solutions to solve problems. Required:

Valid Michigan driver's license; CDL-A or B with Air/Tanker endorsements; CETP certification preferred General Requirements, Education and/or

Experience:

Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a Commercial Driver's License, Class B A tanker endorsement must be obtained to be hired. (Hazmat must be obtained during training period) CTEP certification within the first year of hire if delivering/handling propane. At least 1 year of previous truck driving experience preferred. No BACs, DUIs, DWIs within 5 years No license suspensions for moving violations in the past 5 years. No major preventable accidents within the past year No reckless driving convictions in the last 5 years in a personal or commercial vehicle Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Able to work rotational on-call nights and weekends. Knowledge of driving safety rules and regulations Knowledge of mechanics and hazardous materials preferred. Good communication and human relations skills
