CDL CLASS A TRUCK DRIVER - CONSTRUCTION

We continue to expand our operations and many divisions and are currently accepting applications for Class A & Class B CDL drivers that are safety-minded and have a demonstrated track record of success. As a member of our team, you will pick up and deliver aggregates, site development spoils and overburden, miscellaneous recycling and waste materials, and select commodities to specified locations predominantly within and around NE Wisconsin. Qualified semi drivers should have at least basic knowledge and experience with dump trailers, belt-bottom trailers, walking-floor trailers, tankers, flatbeds, and/or dry van combinations. Quad-axle drivers must be capable of consistently delivering materials safely to and from our many projects and that of our strategic partners'. Our drivers operate both independently and in team environments depending on the assignment. We place our drivers to enhance their probability for success!

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or Class B); with applicable endorsements. High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Must be punctual and dependable. Must have a clean driving record in the past 5 years. Ability to work 10 hours per day on a regular basis. Must pass a background check, drug screen, and technical abilities test. Capable of successful completion of applicable safety and site orientation training specific to the work that will be performed. Competitive wages with ample opportunity for overtime pay. Responsibilities Operate and drive a CDL Class A truck to transport construction materials safely and efficiently. Ensure proper loading and unloading of freight, adhering to safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to maintain safety standards. Navigate various terrains and locations while following delivery schedules. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery status and requirements. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
