CDL Class B Driver ( Dump Truck)

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites, ensuring that all loads are delivered safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site operations and the ability to operate various types of heavy machinery. Materials Hauled include but not limited to, blacktop, millings, stone and gravel, sand and topsoil. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, gravel, and asphalt to construction sites. Collaborate with site supervisors to determine the best routes and schedules for material delivery. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials, utilizing proper techniques to prevent spills or accidents. Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Assist with horizontal drilling operations as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Operate backhoes and graders for site preparation and material handling tasks. Participate in paving activities, contributing to the building of roads and other infrastructure projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area on-site, adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of truck. Skills Proven experience operating dump trucks Simple Maintenace on trucks Strong knowledge of construction site operations and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
