CDL Delivery & Pick-Up Driver/ Yard Associate

Join Florida Pumping Solutions -- Growing Tampa Branch! Florida Pumping Solutions, Inc. is a family-owned company headquartered in St. Augustine, FL. We're a rapidly growing diesel-driven pump rental and turnkey dewatering solutions provider — and we're expanding our presence in Tampa! We're looking for a Yard Technician / Delivery Driver who can keep our rental fleet in top condition and safely deliver equipment to our customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety — part of your time will be spent working in the yard maintaining and prepping equipment, and part will be on the road making deliveries and pick-ups. This job does require manual labor.

What You'll Do:

Safely load, deliver, and pick up rental pump equipment in the Tampa/Sarasota area Perform basic inspections and ensure all equipment is secure before transport Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop Keep accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch/management Assist with equipment setup or breakdown when needed Assist with inventory control and tracking Keep the yard organized, safe, and efficient

What We're Looking For:

Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (CDL required) Experience with equipment hauling, flatbeds, or trailers preferred Strong attention to safety and detail Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts (training provided if needed) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Mechanical skills preferred, but we will train the right person Ability to haul 22ft to 40 ft long trailers
