CDL Tri-Axle Driver / Laborer Job Description Position Title CDL Tri-Axle Driver / Laborer Company [Westys Property Services LLC](https://westysps.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) Position Summary Westys Property Services LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking CDL Tri-Axle Driver / Laborer to assist with transportation, site preparation, and general construction labor for asphalt, concrete, excavation, drainage, and property maintenance projects. This position combines commercial driving responsibilities with hands-on field work and requires someone who is willing to work as part of the crew both in and out of the truck. Responsibilities

• Safely operate tri-axle dump trucks to transport materials, equipment, and debris
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Load, unload, and secure materials and equipment properly
• Assist crews with site preparation, grading, excavation, asphalt, concrete, drainage, and landscaping work
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, plate compactors, saws, jackhammers, and hand tools when needed
• Assist with forming, cleanup, material handling, and jobsite organization
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of trucks and equipment
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Work efficiently in a team environment and maintain professionalism on job sites
• Assist with snow operations and emergency response work during winter months if applicable Requirements
• Valid CDL Class A or B license
• Clean driving record preferred
• Ability to safely operate tri-axle dump trucks
• Willingness to perform physical labor daily
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Experience in construction, asphalt, concrete, excavation, or landscaping preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from shop/job sites
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to safety Preferred Skills
• Experience hauling stone, asphalt, millings, soil, or demolition debris
• Experience backing into tight residential and commercial job sites
• Equipment operating experience is a plus
• Ability to assist with layout, grading, and site prep

Pay:

$1,375.00 - $1,925.00 per week
