CDL Hazmat Delivery Driver Mohall, ND $24.00 - $28.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Overtime and on-call rotation as needed

Position Summary:

Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of chemical products and materials to customer locations. This role includes loading, transporting, and unloading products while ensuring accuracy, compliance with DOT and hazmat regulations, and excellent customer service. The Delivery Driver will also maintain required documentation, ensure vehicle readiness, and represent the company professionally in the field.

Essential Functions:

Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver chemicals and materials to customer sites Load and unload products in compliance with DOT and hazmat handling requirements Ensure proper transport, storage, and handling of hazardous materials at all times Verify correct product type and quantity before departure and upon delivery Complete delivery tickets, logs, and required documentation accurately and on time Maintain communication with dispatch or office staff as needed Provide professional and courteous customer service at all delivery locations Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and hazmat compliance procedures Maintain cleanliness and basic operational readiness of assigned vehicle Report any delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of driving or delivery experience preferred Valid CDL with Hazmat (H) endorsement required Clean driving record Experience in industrial, oilfield, or chemical delivery preferred but not required Forklift certification a plus

Skills & Abilities:

Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills required, including ability to complete electronic logs and enter delivery data accurately.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to communicate professionally with customers, respond to delivery needs promptly, and represent the company positively in the field.

Work Ethic:

Dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented. Must follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and on time.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, climb, and work in outdoor environments. May be required to handle hoses, barrels, or chemical containers safely.

Work Environment:

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wind. Position requires frequent driving and exposure to industrial and field environments. Employees must follow all safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE when required, including safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and additional protective equipment as needed.

Must maintain a valid CDL with Hazmat endorsement and acceptable driving record at all times Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws Adhere to company policies, procedures, and handbook guidelines Must comply with Geo-Chemicals Drug and Alcohol policy and agree to random drug testing as a condition of employment This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
