• (Southeast) Drivers receive a 28% commission on line-haul for all loads hauled Drivers also receive 28% commission on selected accessorial charges, such as tarping, detention, and tipboard charges Additional Pay Items for OTR Company Drivers $1000 Orientation Pay Per Week ($200 per day) + Hotel Option if needed 12 Days' Vacation/PTO (6 Month Waiting Period) Annual Bonus based on tenure
• Less than 3 years $1,250, 3 years or more $2,000 Weekly Per Diem of $80.00 Quarterly Safety Bonus Quarterly Equipment Reimbursement

What You Offer:
