Job Description

Commercial Roofing Technician (Repairs & Installations) We are a growing commercial roofing company seeking an experienced roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of roofing systems and be skilled in both repair and installation work.

Responsibilities:

Perform repairs on commercial roofing systems, including leak detection and warranty work Remove and install roofing systems as needed Work with multiple roofing types including TPO, metal, shingles, asphalt, and slate Safely operate hand and power tools Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial roofing (repairs and installation) Knowledge of multiple roofing systems (TPO, metal, shingles, asphalt, slate) Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license (REQUIRED) Ability to work at heights

Preferred:

Experience with service/repair work Ability to diagnose roofing issues quickly and accurately
