Compensation and training 4‑week paid mentorship: Paid, one‑on‑one training with an experienced mentor.

Solo pay after upgrade:

$0.55 per mile. Typical weekly mileage averages 2,500 miles (approximately $1,375-$1,550 per week), plus safety and performance bonuses. $1,000 sign‑on bonus payable after upgrade; $500 performance bonus at 90 days post‑upgrade. Mileage pay increases at 3, 6 and 12 months following training completion. Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 for CDL school (terms and eligibility apply).
