November 2026 About the Role SGF Global is hiring a Cementing Bulk Plant Operator to support operations for Schlumberger, a global leader in energy services. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience in industrial operations, bulk material handling, or oilfield services. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality preparation and delivery of bulk cementing products to wellsites. What You'll Do Blend and mix bulk cement products according to job specifications Load and transport materials to support wellsite operations Calculate and verify material quantities before loading Maintain quality control (QC) standards during all operations Coordinate with logistics and field teams to ensure timely delivery Perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe work environment Complete inventory tracking and required documentation Properly store materials and dispose of containers safely Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures Participate in safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Experience in industrial, oilfield, warehouse, or bulk material operations preferred Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials Team player with strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow procedures and work independently when needed Why This Job Stands Out Work with a leading global energy company Gain hands-on experience in cementing and bulk plant operations Stable, full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay Opportunity to build experience in the oil & gas / industrial sector Additional Requirements Must be able to work onsite in Strasburg, OH Must follow PPE and safety requirements at all times Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials as needed Local candidates preferred
