Duties Provide dynamic leadership to staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team dedicated to educational excellence. Lead strategic planning initiatives to set long-term goals for program growth, community outreach, and operational efficiency. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring responsible allocation of resources to maximize impact and sustainability. Supervise daily center operations, including managing staff schedules, overseeing classroom activities, and maintaining a safe environment for all students and staff. Monitor student progress and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes across diverse populations. Lead sales conversations with families and convert these families into enrollments. Drive monthly revenue growth through strong follow up and relationship building. Skills Effective working relationships with students from diverse backgrounds to promote an inclusive learning environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with families.
