Be the trusted leader for our furry guests and their people. Ensure pets feel safe, cared for, and loved at every moment. Oversee daily care routines like feeding, medicating, grooming, exercise, and playtime—creating happy tails and wagging smiles (must be able to lift large dogs). Table:
A bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Business Management, or a related field (preferred). At least 2 years of management experience overseeing a team of 10+ employees(required). Hands-on animal care experience and a deep understanding of animal behavior, health, and welfare practices. A proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset in a bustling environment. Stellar communication skills and a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead. Financial management expertise, including payroll, budgets, and expense control. Desire to continue education and training with a dynamic pet care organization.
