! A leading outpatient healthcare organization specializing in evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders, serving communities across multiple states. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, the organization partners with medical and behavioral health professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment plans that support long-term recovery and improved quality of life. Responsibilities You will form collaborative and consultative relationships with local hospitals, behavioral health professionals, First-Responders and other organizations in your territory, working with addicted patients. Develop operational plans to assure medical and logistical viability and to fulfill the centers goals in a coordinated, efficient manner Develop budgets, including forecasts of revenue, workload, and requirements for personnel, space, equipment and support services Report and interpret monthly and annual data to assure budget compliance Assist with the development and implementation of corporate, individual clinic, care provider and product/service marketing plans Oversee public relations and maintain referral relationships Identify solutions for staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment and supplies Hire, onboard and train personnel Select and train/orient center personnel. Represent centers at public and professional meetings and conferences as required. Lead and manage center communications and meetings Coordinate public relations programs with corporate marketing dept. Maintain professional affiliations and enhance professional development to keep pace with the trends in health care administration.
