Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Center Manager to lead our operations, drive business growth, and foster a high-performance team environment. Responsibilities Lead the overall management of the center, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and accountability. Oversee profit and loss responsibilities, analyzing financial reports to optimize costs and maximize profitability. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings. Manage project timelines, coordinate resources effectively, and ensure successful implementation of process improvements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall center performance. Qualifications Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading operational functions. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management. Solid understanding of profit & loss management and financial analysis. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork. Strong communication skills to engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders effectively. Experience in process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality. Prior sales experience is preferred to support growth initiatives; a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities is essential. $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
