CERTIFIED DIETARY MANAGER

(CDM) to join our team. This position is available immediately. A flexible full-time schedule is available. Bancroft Healthcare Center is pleased to offer very competitive salary and benefits, and health and dental coverage. As a CDM, you will be responsible for the overall operation of dietary department. Some of your key responsibilities will be: Ensuring the dietary department and its staff comply with all local, state and federal requirements. The management employee performance, scheduling and training. Interacting with residents and family members to discuss nutritional needs and meal planning. Planning, budgeting and purchasing necessary inventory and supplies. Working closely with the Nursing department to ensure the nutritional needs of the residents are being fulfilled.
