Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Your expertise will support grades K-5, allowing you to positively influence the academic and social-emotional development of young learners.
Essential Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania (PA) license as a certified school psychologist Demonstrated experience in Pennsylvania school systems is highly valued Prior involvement with elementary school populations (grades K-5) Strong ability to conduct initial psychological and educational evaluations Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families Clear understanding of IEP processes and compliance requirements Excellent communication, consultative, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive student assessments to identify educational, behavioral, and emotional needs Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing insights and recommendations Serve as a dedicated case manager for assigned students, facilitating interventions and monitoring progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop strategies that foster student success Maintain thorough, timely documentation and adhere to state regulations Offer consultation and training to staff regarding best practices in student mental health and learning supports
