Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) — Weekday Evenings — Rahway, NJ — $20-22/hr FirstLight Home Care of Metuchen and Clark is hiring an experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for a weekday evening role with a wonderful client in Rahway, NJ. We're a locally owned home care agency building a small, strong team — and we treat our caregivers like the most important part of the business, because you are.

Pay:

$20-22/hr based on experience

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM (20 hours/week)

ASAP — targeting early June 2026 About the role: You'll be supporting an older adult who lives at home with family. The work is focused on companionship, helping with toileting and dressing, light meal prep, and gentle medication reminders. Showers and daytime care are covered by other aides — your role is to be a warm, steady presence through the evening hours. A family member will usually be home during your shift and is easy to work with.
