HVAC / EPA

Certification

REQUIRED

CPO Certification preferred Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic hand tools required Power tools are a plus Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
