As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Marine Technician to join our team. About the Role We're seeking mid-level to master technicians who bring strong hands-on experience in marine service and repair. This is a year-round position working on some of the most prestigious boat brands in the industry.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Performing routine service and preventative maintenance Running diagnostics and troubleshooting engine issues Completing some major engine repairs Installing and repairing electronics Preparing boats for seasonal winterization and summer readiness

What We're Looking For Experience:

Mid-level to master technician (no entry-level roles at this time)

Certifications:

Mercury/MerCruiser and/or Volvo Penta certifications preferred

Skills:

Strong diagnostic ability, technical expertise, and commitment to quality workmanship

Mindset:

Independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused, team-oriented shop

Competitive hourly to start, with transition to commission pay structure
