$55 per service-hour + 100% of tips. With our affluent Laguna Niguel clientele, gratuities average $20-$40+ per session, leading to an earning potential of $75-$95+ per hour.

Instructor Mentorship:

Work directly with a Successful Massage Instructure to refine your skills in Sports Massage, Holistic Massage, and Advanced Anatomy. The "Side-by-Side"

Sanctuary:

Perform synchronized sessions in our beautiful, connected rooms designed for privacy and energetic flow.

Self-Care Priority:

We mandate 10-15-minute buffers between every session and offer body mechanics coaching to ensure your career longevity.

Monthly Wellness:

Enjoy a complimentary 60-minute Holistic Massage every month to keep your own vessel poured into.

Immediate Financial Rewards:

Receive a $15 CASH bonus for every new client referral and get paid gross pay twice monthly. The Opportunity We are seeking a professional to support our growing clinical practice. Unlike high-volume "chain" environments, we prioritize the quality of the interaction and the health of the therapist.

Schedule:

Thursday through Sunday (3:00 PM - 09:00 PM).

Table Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a professional setting .

Technical Skill:

Proficiency in 60 and 90-minute sessions (120-minute capability is a major plus). Familiarity with Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Myofascial Release.

Presence:

An uplifting, peaceful spirit that helps clients heal both physically and energetically.

Professionalism:

A deep respect for the Professional Code of Ethics and a desire to master the Sun Rise Signature protocols.

Credentials:

Valid California CMT Certification and Professional liability insurance (required for 1099).
