Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications accurately and safely while providing attentive care and support to our residents (must be willing to help on the floor to give care). Key Responsibilities Administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Maintain accurate medication records and documentation Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance procedures Qualifications Current Medication Technician certification (required) Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or healthcare preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Competitive pay Supportive and positive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Flexible scheduling Meaningful work that makes a difference every day Why Join Magnolia Senior Living?
