$21.00 - $28.00 per hour About the Role We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant who thrives in a "Front-to-Back" environment. In this role, you'll be the face of our clinic, blending high-quality clinical care with welcoming administrative support. This is a perfect fit for an MA who loves variety. You will split your time between clinical Urgent Care duties, helping our Occupational Medicine clients, and managing the front desk. No prior Occ-Med experience? No problem. We are happy to provide full training for specialized services like drug screenings and breath alcohol testing for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Care:

Rooming patients, vitals, and assisting providers with Urgent Care procedures.

Reception:

Greeting patients with a smile, answering phones, checking insurance, and scheduling appointments.

Occupational Services:

Conducting drug screens and workplace health testing ( Full training provided! ).

Bedside Manner:

Providing a calm, empathetic experience for every patient who walks through our door. What We're Looking For Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA): Current certification is required.

Adaptability:

Comfortable pivoting between the clinical floor and the front reception desk.

Professionalism:

A "can-do" attitude and a high level of reliability.

Patient First Mentality:

Exceptional communication skills and a warm bedside manner.
