Certified Medical Assistant Monday - Thursday| 8:30 AM to 5 PM About the Role We are a cardiovascular wellness company dedicated to early detection and prevention. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinic operations, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and intake patients Input insurance and patient data into EMR Perform cardiovascular screening tests, including: Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) testing Sudomotor testing Upload and submit test results to the reviewing physician Ensure accuracy and timely follow-up on physician summaries Maintain accountability for site productivity and efficiency Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant Experience in a medical office or clinical setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage day-to-day clinic operations EMR proficiency High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Us?
