Maintenance Technician

Service and repair automatic, semi-automatic and manual assembly machines including preventative maintenance. Daily focus is primarily production changeovers. Service and repair all injection molding machines and their subsystems (dryers, Part Removal, etc.) in support to Injection Molding Department. ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned preventative maintenance duties including repairs and tooling changeoversTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and pressurized leak tester problemsKnow and follow plant safety rulesPerform routine facility maintenance jobs related to plumbing, light electrical work, concrete, and block repairAid contractors in routine inspections and servicing as requiredAssist in administrative projects related to inventory, tooling reviews and other as assigned by the Maintenance ManagerSupport minor facility repair projects, lighting lamp replacements and office/safety projects as directedClose out Work-Orders within same shift they are completed. Provide information via daily shift reports
