Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Medical Assistant through one of the following:

AAMA, AMCA, AMT, CCBMA, MMCI

to join a professional healthcare team within a correctional facility in Corcoran, CA . This position offers $23.00 per hour , a stable schedule during a 6-month assignment with opportunity to extend .

Schedule Details:

Regular Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Orientation Schedule:

Monday - Friday (first 2 weeks, paid) In this role, the Medical Assistant will support daily clinical operations, including patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and assisting medical providers, while following established medical and security protocols. You will work collaboratively with healthcare and custody staff to provide efficient, professional patient care in a secure setting. This role is well‑suited for Medical Assistants who value consistency, professionalism, teamwork, and meaningful work serving an underserved patient population.
