Job Description

Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking Certified Medication Aides for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha metro area. Hillcrest Millard Hillcrest Shadow Lake Hillcrest Country Estates the Cottages
Hillcrest Health & Rehab Pay:
Starting at $18.00+ per hour based upon experience, certification and education. All Hillcrest medication aides are required to provide cares (hence the requirement of having an active CNA) - we do not hire team members to solely pass medications. Gym membership reimbursement and partner discounts. What are my responsibilities? Provides personal care to the patients on assigned neighborhood. Observes and reports obvious physical and behavioral abnormalities to the nurse manager immediately. Responsible to document all patient care in POC and notify Nurse Manager of refusals of care or abnormalities in vital signs. Answering call light timely to determine the patients needs. Pass medications utilizing the Five Rights. What do I need to be considered? STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful). An active CNA in the state of Nebraska (or willing to transfer your license to Nebraska). An active 40-hour medication aide in Nebraska. Focus on resident care, team player.
