Job Description

Join our Memory Care team as a full-time evening Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents living with dementia and memory-related conditions! In this role, you will provide compassionate hands-on care, build trusting relationships, and create a safe, engaging environment where residents feel valued and supported. Position Summary As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our Memory Care community, you will play a meaningful role in supporting residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. This position focuses on providing compassionate, person-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, safety, and purposeful daily living. Our CNAs build strong relationships with residents and families while creating an environment where people work and live happy here. Key Responsibilities Provide direct resident care including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Support residents with memory loss through patience, reassurance, redirection, and meaningful engagement Monitor and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or needs to the nursing team promptly Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Respond promptly and professionally to resident call lights and requests Accurately document care and services provided according to community and state guidelines Uphold resident rights, confidentiality, and person-centered care practices at all times Qualifications Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska Passion for serving older adults, especially those living with dementia or memory-related conditions Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and patient in a fast-paced environment Why Join Our Team?
