Certified Nursing Assistant

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities in a long-term care setting. CNAs work closely with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure residents receive compassionate, safe, and quality care. Duties Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Take and record vital signs Observe and report changes in resident condition Maintain clean and safe resident areas Document care provided according to facility policies Support residents with daily activities and emotional needs Follow safety and infection control procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Six (6) months of experience as an Aide Trainee; or one year of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients/residents; and graduation from high school or equivalent. Resources assigned to positions in a Long-Term Care Unit must be registered and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as having met competency requirements for performing nurse aide work. Basic computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products. This is a 5x8 schedule with 3p-11p hours. #

PVDR Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
