Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care across various settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home care environments.

Night/Day Shift (Varies and Potential to Rotate), 12-hour shifts
Tentative Start Date:
ASAP Travel Pay rate :- for 36 hours Weekly Gross = $1321/week Taxable Income = $432/Week on W2 Non- taxable Income = $889/ week(Stipends) Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature. Support patients with medical procedures such as catheter care, medication administration under supervision, and basic wound care following aseptic techniques. Document patient information thoroughly in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care strategies and behavioral health support. Assist with feeding patients and managing nutritional needs in accordance with care plans. Support infection control protocols by practicing proper hand hygiene and aseptic techniques during patient interactions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in acute care, ICU, emergency medicine, or post-acute settings to ensure comprehensive patient care. Engage in ongoing training related to medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, physiology, and emergency procedures such as basic life support (BLS). Support patients in outpatient clinics or home & community care environments by providing compassionate caregiving tailored to individual needs.
