Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate medical-surgical patient care Serve as a resource and mentor for patients and staff, drawing on expertise relevant to all ages served Maintain accurate patient records, monitor changes, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and advocating for high-quality care Adapt quickly to patient and unit needs, handling a variety of cases with professionalism and empathy
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Med/Surg nursing experience strongly preferred Current BLS certification Demonstrated independence, critical thinking, and communication skills Commitment to patient-centered care
