Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health support Assist with documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality Support patients with developmental disabilities or those requiring hospice or palliative care by delivering compassionate caregiving tailored to their needs Experience providing specialized dementia or memory care within senior or geriatric populations Certification in basic life support (BLS) is preferred.
